Join us for the SIGNATURE EVENT OF THE YEAR! Enjoy a delightful California day touring some of Ventura's most fascinating gardens. Relish in this year's locales including a garden that showcases a multitude of palms, a whimsical art garden, and a Nantucket garden on the sea.
Don't forget about the Legacy Legs After Party from 3pm to 7pm! Make a toast to the legacy of Theodosia Burr Shepard, while you relish refreshments from Surf Brewery and nosh on yummies from our fun Food Trucks.
Where is the Ventura Botanical Gardens? The location of Ventura Botanical Gardens is Grant Park, in the foothills above City Hall in downtown Ventura. The first trail, the Demonstration Trail, is complete. Almost a mile long and six feet wide, with a decomposed granite surface and hand‐built stone walls, the trailhead begins at the upper parking lot behind City Hall at 501 Poli Street. Planting for the Chilean Gardens has begun. When completed, the Chilean Gardens will be the largest in the world, outside of Chile. Grant Park is open from dawn to dusk.
What are you doing until the whole project is completed?
